Climate Sorted for SMEs
Want to make sure your business is keeping up but not quite sure where to start?
Want to understand your carbon footprint and feel confident telling your customers what you’re doing?
We’ve broken down your climate action journey into four simple stages so you can run your business knowing you are taking care of customers and the planet:
Step 1. Climate Aware - Understand more about climate change and how it might affect your business. (online resources)
Step 2. Climate Engaged - Understand your business’ contribution to climate change and identify drivers and opportunities for taking climate action.
Step 3. Climate Sorted - Calculate your carbon footprint and develop a plan to reduce your impact and build climate resilience.
Step 4. Climate Champion - Leave this programme ready to tell the world about your climate action journey.
Follow-up call - Because plans can change - we include a follow-up call where we can discuss issues and pivot!
This group programme provides a creative (powerpoint free!) environment where you can step out of business-as-usual to reflect on how your business can make a difference. Our combination ‘homework’ and classroom sessions help keep the cost low and the impact high. Indicative time commitment is two-days spread over 6-weeks.
Are you a small business owner ready to take climate action - Climate Sorted is launching in Bradford in 2025 with a limited number of funded spaces. Get in touch to register your interest.
Are you a large organisation trying to address scope 3 emissions in your supply chain - we can run our Climate Sorted programme for a selection of your key suppliers to help improve the accuracy of your reporting and demonstrate your genuine commitment to Net Zero. Get in touch to find out more.
Are you a marketing director, CFO or Operations manager who needs to turn their hand to Sustainability, ESG and Net Zero? The new ‘sustainability lead’ who needs a hand to get things moving and maintain momentum?
Our three-month programme will take you from a standing start to a strategic plan, with some in-house up-skilling along the way so when you take the reigns you’ve got the support you need to keep things moving.
Based around our five P’s - Purpose, Position, Priorities, Plan, Publish - we’ll help you identify the issues that matter most, your plan of action, and get you ready to respond with confidence to those difficult tender questions and customer queries. With experience providing support to business leaders in financial and professional services, manufacturing and the built environment, we understand the challenges you face and are ready to help you get Sustainability Sorted.
This is a one-to-one service so we can start at a time that works for you - online or in person.
